Standard jobs ship in 3–5 working days. Express is 48 hours and rush production is 24 hours for most digital products. Artwork approved before our 2 PM cut-off can often be dispatched the same evening within Hyderabad.

Yes, for digital products including business cards, ID cards, certificates, badges and posters, subject to press availability. Call before committing to a deadline and we will confirm honestly rather than accept and miss it.

Express 48-hour production and 24-hour rush both carry a surcharge, because we reserve press capacity and run outside normal shifts to meet them. The exact figure is confirmed in your written quotation.

Our online and WhatsApp service runs 24 hours, and rush production runs through the night when a job requires it. Walk-in press hours follow the timings listed on our Google Maps profile.

Yes, automatically through slab pricing rather than negotiation. We will always quote your quantity and the next slab up so you can see whether ordering slightly more costs less per unit.

Yes. Send the product, specification, quantity and deadline and we return an itemised written quotation, usually within the hour during business hours.

We would rather explain what is in our price. If a quote elsewhere is materially cheaper, it usually differs in paper weight, lamination or whether the job is being brokered out. Send us the competing specification and we will tell you honestly where the difference lies.

Print-ready PDF is preferred. We also accept AI, CDR, PSD and 300 DPI PNG or JPG. Word, PowerPoint and Canva exports can be worked from but quality is usually compromised.

Our in-house studio checks bleed, resolution, colour mode and dielines free on every order, and can design from scratch or rebuild a low-resolution logo as vectors for a nominal fee quoted upfront.

Yes. A digital proof on every order, and a physical proof on large or critical runs such as packaging and security printing.

3 mm on every edge, with text and logos kept at least 4 mm inside the trim line.

Yes, pan-India through insured courier and transport partners. Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam are routine destinations, typically 2–4 days after production.

Yes. Share the gate number, tower and reception contact when ordering and we will schedule the drop with security, including after-hours delivery to a security desk where that is easier.

No. Delivery is free across Hyderabad regardless of order value.

Yes. We are GST registered under 36AKNPG7220R1ZL and issue a proper tax invoice on every order, so input credit is claimable.

Yes. We quote against your PO format and reference it on every invoice — standard for our corporate, educational, healthcare and government clients.

UPI, NEFT and bank transfer, plus cash and card at the press. Credit terms are available to verified accounts after an initial order history.

Yes. A corporate account gives locked slab rates for the financial year, PO billing, a named account manager, retained artwork and colour profiles, and consolidated monthly invoicing.

Yes. We retain your artwork and ICC colour profile, so a reprint months or years later matches the batch you approved. This is a common reason clients consolidate print with one press.

If the error is ours we reprint at our cost. That is why the proof stage matters — once you approve a proof, that file is what goes on the press.

Yes. Supply the text as a document or outlined vector file so the correct fonts are preserved through to press.

Yes. Visit the press during working hours and we will show you the actual stocks, or we can send samples with a nearby delivery. GSM numbers mean little until you hold the paper.
