How our pricing works

Printing is a volume business, so the per-unit rate depends heavily on how many units you order. Our quotations follow a slab structure: the rate steps down at 100, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000 and 10,000 units. At the top slab the per-piece cost can fall well below half of a small run, which is why we always quote your quantity and the next band up so you can see whether ordering slightly more works out cheaper per unit.

What affects your quotation

• Quantity. The single biggest factor. Ask for the next slab before confirming.
• Finish. Matte and gloss lamination add a modest amount. Spot UV and metallic foil cost more because each needs an additional pass and tooling.
• Turnaround. Standard scheduling is the base rate. Express 48-hour and 24-hour rush carry a surcharge because we reserve press capacity outside normal shifts.
• Substrate. Standard stock is assumed. Imported textured papers, thicker PVC, food-grade board and specialty substrates are quoted separately.
• Artwork condition. Print-ready files cost nothing extra. Design from scratch or vector recreation of a low-resolution logo carries a nominal studio charge, quoted upfront.
• Delivery. Free within Hyderabad. Outstation dispatch at actual insured courier rates.

Getting a confirmed quotation

Send your specification using the form above and we return a written quotation, usually within the hour during business hours. For packaging the dieline determines material usage, and for security printing the code generation and hologram requirements vary, so those are always quoted after a look at the artwork rather than from a rate card alone.
