Corporate Stationery
Letterheads, envelopes, GST bill books, notepads and folders printed to one consistent identity — on standing monthly supply if you want it.
Letterhead paper weights, NCR carbonless bill books and GST-compliant invoice layouts — the everyday print that has to be right every time.
Nobody praises stationery, but everyone notices when the letterhead blue drifts between batches or the bill book runs out mid-month. Corporate stationery is a consistency problem more than a design problem, and the businesses that handle it well treat it as scheduled supply rather than a series of urgent reorders.

A brand colour drifting between print batches is the most common stationery complaint, and it happens because the job was reprinted by a different vendor on a different press with no colour reference. We hold your artwork and ICC colour profile on file, so the reprint eighteen months from now matches the batch you approved today. This matters most for organisations where the letterhead is used alongside other printed material that must appear part of the same set.
Stationery is predictable, so it should be scheduled rather than chased. We set up standing purchase orders where we produce and deliver an agreed quantity monthly or quarterly, replenishing to a stock level you nominate. Procurement processes one consolidated invoice, departments stop running out mid-month, and you avoid the price premium that urgent reorders attract.
If you already have a bill book you are happy with, you do not need to redesign it. Send us a physical copy and we will rebuild it digitally, matching the layout while correcting anything out of date — GST field changes, a revised address, an outdated logo or a missing HSN column. We return a proof for approval before printing, and thereafter the file is on record for straightforward reordering.
Beyond letterheads and bill books, most organisations reorder envelopes in DL, A5 and A4 with window and non-window options, notepads for meeting rooms, file covers and folders, certificates for internal recognition, and calendars and diaries in the year-end cycle. Ordering these together as one package shares the press setup and costs materially less than sourcing each item separately through the year.

Gum-bound A4 and A5 notepads with your branding on every sheet — the desk item that keeps your name in front of a client through every meeting.
Textured certificates with gold foil borders and embossed seals, every recipient name properly typeset — not laser-printed over a template.
Wall, desk and table-top calendars — the year-round desk presence that keeps your brand in front of a client every working day for twelve months.
100 GSM maplitho is the standard and runs reliably through office laser printers without jamming or curling. 120 GSM premium bond suits formal correspondence where the paper itself should feel substantial.
NCR stands for no carbon required. The sheets are chemically coated so writing on the top copy transfers to the sheets below without loose carbon paper. We produce duplicate, triplicate and quadruplicate books, usually in white, pink, yellow and green sequence.
