44 mm — the most ordered size. Enough room for a logo plus a short line of text; the default for events.
58 mm — high visibility across a room. Campaign slogans, fest branding, awareness drives.
75 mm — statement size. Photographs, detailed artwork, protest and political campaigns.

Backing options

Standard is a safety pin back. We also supply magnetic backing where clothing must not be pierced, crocodile clips for lanyards and pockets, keyring fittings, bottle-opener backs and fridge-magnet backs — the last turning an event giveaway into something that stays in the home long after the event.

Artwork guidance for a circle

The most common mistake in badge artwork is designing to the visible circle rather than the full disc. A button badge wraps around the shell edge, so roughly 4 mm of your design disappears over the curve. Keep all text and logo elements at least 6 mm inside the trim circle, and extend the background colour right to the outer bleed line. We check this free on every order and send a digital proof laid out on the actual die.
